The Earth on Turtle's Back Response

I like this short story because it is about determination. The animals were determined to help the women to stand on Earth and some teamwork came in play and what they wished for was then accomplished. It is one of many versions of how the world was created and I like this one because it is creative but I obviously don't believe in it.

F451 Essay

Fahrenheit 451 is hands down one of the most interesting books I have ever read. What makes this book interesting is how every little scene is actually very big to the story. For this same reason is why we can interpretate a lot of themes into this book. One of many themes is self-determination. We can see self-determination with Montag. Montag drastically changes throughout the story after meeting Clarisse. Before meeting Clarisse, Montag was a regular pedestrian. Well not so regular because he was a firefighter, but to himself, Montag was just a married book burner. After meeting Clarisse, Montag decided to change his life. He wanted to show the world he can be whoever he wants. He wanted to bring back books because that was what he enjoyed.
